The third option is to have top and bottom tracks installed. This options can actually come in different forms. There are different forms of tracks available. For your top track you can have a H header, U header, F track, or studded angle. Don’t worry I will cover which each of these are. For the bottom track you can have F track or studded angle. This is by far the easiest to install for the homeowner. Ease of installation is a 1, on a scale of 1 to 3, with 3 being the hardest.
